For Windows 10 User,
Please go into the control panel and install older version of .NET Framework 2.0 / 3.5 . Since this software is build with previous version of .net framework.

How it’s work?
Under the setting tab of Openprovider API dropcatch software, there are three fields, including user name, API hash and contact Handle.
1) The user name is your login email
2) Step to get your own contact Handle.
Visit Customer Management -> Click New customer, To create your contact handle

Then visit Customer Management -> Customers Overview to get your newly created contact handle

3) Step to get your API hash
Visit Account-> Account overview

Under the section of Contact persons, click into the detail page of Contact persons
The URL should be something like https://cp.openprovider.eu/account/contact-details.php?id=XXXXXX
Then click the edit box, it’s an image button on the top right corner,
The URL should be something like https://cp.openprovider.eu/account/contact-edit.php?id=XXXXXX
In that page you see there’s a section called Password hash and it is the place you can create your API hash.
4) Finally, you have to sign the contracts for domain extensions you intend to registration and refill your account with account balance.
